This contest is a free contest for all to have fun and the only gratification I get is the appreciation for running this contest for you to have fun. My motivation to continue running the contest each season has been from the kind words of participants each season.

I will try to update this page every week throughout the football season as a means of communicating with you on who I've been receiving undeliverable messages so if your name shows up on this list, you can check into the issue and resolve it or your ISP support team resolve it for you. Be advised that if there are 3 consecutive weeks that picks aren't submitted, the account will be deactivated. I have been receiving undeliverables when sending emails to AOL users. If you are an AOL user and haven't been receiving emails from VikingsContest.com and wish to receive reminders and results emails, please try an alternate email address through GMail, Hotmail, or use the contact us form and we'll set you up with a special email address with a vikingscontest.com domain. Otherwise you can submit your picks, resubmit your picks, check your picks, or verify your results at any time from VikingsContest.com.

If you don't receive any contest emails, please check this page. This news page provides the only other tool I have to communicate to you that there are problems sending any emails to you and that something needs to be resolved so that the communication link can remain open between you and me. By missing any contest emails, you would be missing out on important schedules, reminders, forgotten picks, and results. If picks or games are forgotten to be submitted by each deadline, poor results will be expected, and your ranking will drop. You can often resolve the problem yourself, especially if you had an email address change, by using the Request Form.

If you have problems sending your picks, please use the Request Form to see if it can locate you in the system. If it does not, you may want to try signing up again. If you have problems signing up, please contact me. I occasionally have bugs that slip through on VikingsContest.com and am working them out as they are experienced. For the most part, I hope to have a smooth season without experiencing any problems. With a change in web hosting companies, I have had to make a few modifications, but hopefully the bugs will be resolved. In case they are not, please let me know using the Request Form.
